Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Senior Clinical Practice Lead to drive clinical standards and workforce capability across retirement villages and home care. You will lead clinical care model design, mentor teams and translate policy into practical care delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Practice, you will influence governance and continuous improvement in collaboration with Quality and Operations teams. AHPRA RN registration is required.
