LDK Seniors Living seeks a Cottage Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee two Memory Support cottages in Canberra. You will lead dementia-focused, person-centred care with a 24/7 nursing presence, guiding a small team to deliver secure, compassionate living in a home-like setting.

You will coordinate with GPs and allied health, ensure staff coverage, and drive continuous improvement while upholding LDK’s values of Love, Decency and Kindness.
