Noẽma, the newest Mediterranean concept from Lucas Collective in Melbourne's CBD, seeks a passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join the opening team. You'll help bring the dessert offering to life, crafting exceptional pastries, desserts and baked goods in a quick-paced, premium kitchen to shape the guest experience from day one.
