Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + super + KPI-based bonuses (DOE)

I’m currently recruiting for an established Perth commercial property agency with a strong reputation and a genuinely close-knit team.

This is a quality Commercial Property Management opportunity suited to someone with exposure to commercial property management and who wants to work within a supportive environment.

You’ll have direct access to experienced leadership and business owners, allowing you to receive support, feedback and guidance when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing an established portfolio of commercial and retail properties
- Maintaining solid relationships with owners,



tenants and contractors
- Managing lease obligations and day-to-day property management requirements
- Coordinating maintenance and contractors
- Handling tenant and owner enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with lease and property requirements
- Monitoring arrears, renewals and other key portfolio matters
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with your Property Management Assistant and offshore support
- Providing a high level of service to clients and tenants

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Manager with commercial property knowledge and the confidence to manage a portfolio.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous Commercial Property Management experience
- A strong understanding of commercial leases and property management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- The ability to confidently deal with owners, tenants and contractors
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Sound judgement and the ability to take ownership of issues
- A proactive approach to managing your portfolio
- An appreciation for good systems, processes and accountability
