Recruitment Specialist in Real Estate Sector

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assist the Project Team with the administration of Retail Projects
n
- Handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors
n
- Monitor on-site safety, quality of work progress and workmanship
n
- Liaise with clients, designers and sub-contractors
n
- Manage materials logistics and arrange the delivery of materials to site
n
- Attend regular site meetings and organize work as instructed by the project manager
n
- Coordinate with sub-contractors based on confirmed design information
n
- Night work may be required
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fitting out / interior design / architecture or related field
n
- Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
n
- Site coordination experience is a plus
n
- Able to take meeting minutes in English
n
- Good command of English, proficiency in Cantonese or Putonghua is an advantage
n
- Highly proficient in managing documentation and all forms of correspondence
n
- Familiar with computing software (MS Office)
n
- Immediate available is preferred
n
