We are currently seeking a Quality Control Officer to join our team located in our Villawood Office. Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for undertaking testing and inspection of products and processes at various stages of receiving and production.

Role & Responsibilities:

Inspect, test and release inbound finished goods via D365 and inspect customer returned stock acceptability

Inspect and test produced goods to ensure goods are compliant with specifications and intended use

Identify, segregate and investigate non-conforming goods as per company procedures to reach a resolution and take corrective action

Undertake finished goods release for sale

Create and maintain quality documents, assist in the preparation of appropriate specifications for inspections and undertake calibration activities as required.

Implement the requirements of the QMS/EMS and its associated quality plans

Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrable work experience in the medical devices industry in a quality related role

Bachelor’s degree, diploma or similar in a technical, engineering or science related discipline relevant to medical device manufacturing

Experience with stock management software

Ability to read instructions and interpret specifications and standard operating procedures





Ability to inspect and review products and processes and determine conformance to specifications and other documented requirements.

Ability to use standard office computer software, and m|devices selected MRP/ERP software.

Proactive problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
