Community Manager - Vantage Logan Reserve

We are looking for a Community Manager for our brand new over 50's lifestyle community located at Logan Reserve

About the role
Based at Vantage Logan Reserve this role will be bringing our Vantage vision to life by creating a vibrant community where Home Owners want to belong through the delivery of a customer focused, financially sustainable operating model.
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Managing and overseeing day to day operations of the community in accordance with all relevant legislation and internal governance requirements
- Managing and monitoring community operations in accordance with legislative requirements with respect to financial and operational performance
- Overseeing the financial performance of the community through effective budget/cost management ensuring all KPI targets are met
- Building a strong culture of trust and safety across the community with a focus on proactive management of community culture of trust and safety within our communities
- Leading community based staff by modelling actions and behaviours consistent with our values and customer focused operating model

Skills and experience

Previous experience in a customer service management role preferably in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, Hotel Management,



Property Management, Holiday Parks or similar is essential.
Must have demonstrated ability to build and manage effective teams, experience with budget and cost management along with strong commercial acumen.
In addition, you will have:

- Intermediate to AdvancedMS Office Skills;
- Solid attention to detail; and
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonalcommunicationskills.
- Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
