Beacon Legal has partnered with a leading Australian Technology business to support with the appointment of 2 Paralegals (12 month Fixed Term Contracts). Working closely alongside the marketing team, the role sits within a high-performing legal function that will assist the lawyers providing legal support for a customer facing area of the business.

n

The Paralegal will assist the legal team through offering comprehensive legal reviews of marketing and customer communications, advise on product development across full product lifecycle, which will involve drafting and updating customer terms, as well as supporting the compliance teams with regulatory frameworks.

n

This opportunity will be suited to a commercially minded paralegal who enjoys working closely alongside stakeholders, applying their legal skills in a practical forum, and delivering solutions that balance risk with business objectives.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience

n

n
- Admitted as a solicitor in Australia (Potential to consider law graduates)
n




- 1+ of post‐admission law legal experience or relevant paralegal experience in top‐tier law firm or in‐house
n
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and consumer law
n
