Accen is seeking a CRM Manager to own the CRM strategy across email, SMS and lifecycle marketing. You will manage Bloomreach campaigns, build segments in Amperity and drive automated journeys to improve retention and revenue.
You'll partner with Marketing, Ecommerce and Partnerships to optimise customer engagement and ensure consent management. The role requires hands-on experience with Bloomreach and a robust CRM background in retail or omnichannel settings.
