Job Description

Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist Level 3 to deliver autonomous, evidence-based exercise physiology services in a recent forensic mental health unit at Blacktown Hospital.

The role involves assessing and prescribing programs aligned with consumer goals, contributing to education, research and quality improvement, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
