The Archdiocese of Brisbane invites a seasoned Manager to lead the Santa Teresa Spirituality Centre’s day-to-day operations, balancing hospitality, facilities and finances with its pastoral mission.
Reporting to the Director of Adult Formation, you will steer accommodation, catering, budgeting and service delivery, develop plans, supervise staff and contractors, and build robust relationships with guests and parishes to ensure a welcoming, sustainable centre experience.
