Based at Arundel Head Office in Queensland, the Site Team Manager will lead a team of Site Supervisors across QLD and NSW, overseeing progress, escalations, and quality outcomes.

You’ll work predominantly in an office-based leadership role with occasional site visits and travel as needed.
