Life Without Barriers is seeking a Carer Assessor to facilitate foster carer assessments and transfers in line with our standards. You will work with families, carers and referees, completing written reviews and ensuring safety and development needs are clearly documented.
The role focuses on home visits, documenting assessments, and collaborating with care teams to support children and young people. AASW eligibility and relevant qualifications are required.
