- 5+ years experience as a Tech Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking/Insurance domain and Mobile App Development.
n
- Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements.
n
- Proficient in requirement decomposition to epics and features.
n
- High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.
n
- Work closely with the project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
n
- Initiate and support Agile development of scrum multi-function teams.
n
- Forecasting Data Migration and Build/Development effort.
n
- Use JIRA/Azure DevOps for end-to-end project and team management processes and guide the team to use JIRA/Azure DevOps for various activities.
n
- Validating and redrafting test cases for the Testing teams.
