Job Description

White Bay is seeking a head of Customer Delivery & Professional Services to lead its customer-facing delivery function through its next stage of scale in Australia. The role is effectively a General Manager for the customer delivery and skilled services function, requiring experience in scaling a SaaS delivery business.
