At BildGroup, we support our people to reach their full potential in a values-driven and collaborative environment. As our Urban division continues to grow, we're seeking Project Manager or Snr. Project Manage r to help deliver a range of urban projects, including subdivisions, earthworks, wetlands and utilities/drainage works.

n

In this South East Queensland–based role, you'll contribute to shaping project outcomes, maintaining high delivery standards and working alongside a highly skilled team as we expand our footprint in the region.

n

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, managing and delivering civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality and building positive client relationships.

What You'll Bring to the Team

n

n
- 5–7+ years' experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, ideally on Urban Projects.
n
- Robust understanding of the Queensland urban development market.
n
- Proven capability in engineering delivery, subcontractor management and site coordination.
n
- Solid grasp of civil construction standards, specifications and project controls.
n
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
n
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
n
- Full driver's licence and willingness to visit clients across QLD.
n

- Support or lead end-to-end delivery of subdivision and urban development projects.

- Coordinate crews, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve high-performance outcomes.
n
- Monitor and report on schedules, budgets, risks and quality standards.

- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
n
- Champion BildGroup's Safety-First culture and ensure compliance across all activities.
n
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative, high-achieving team culture.
