The People & Culture Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the Organisation, aligning the people strategy with local business objectives to help drive performance. The role is accountable for the provision of high-level human resource management advice to management and staff. The incumbent will undertake human resource management projects and lead human resources policy development and implementation.
- Coaching and supporting Senior Leaders on performance Management
- Organisation design Leadership effectiveness
- Consult and coach on Industrial and employee relations issues
- Manage complex employee relations investigations
- Analyse metrics and trends to identify Issues and provide solutions
- Policy Development and Review
- Are a contemporary HR practitioner who can balance business objectives and support leaders in sound HR practice.
- Have the ability to work in a small partnering team building strong relationships as a unified team.
- Can work in a busy dynamic HR environment, with conflicting pressures across the business.
- Are proficient in interpreting legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures.
- Have solid values that align with the organisational values.
- Have a hands on approach to supporting HR change,
initiatives and improvements.
