We're hiring a Buyer's Agent Associate to work directly alongside one of our lead Buyer's Agents as her right‐hand support across active deals.

n

This is a hands‐on, execution‐focused role with a clear pathway into a Buyer's Agent position over time.

The Role

n

You'll be embedded in the day‐to‐day running of live deals, focused on execution, coordination, and keeping everything moving.

n

Core responsibilities

n

n
- Call agents to gather key property details (price expectations, motivation, feedback)
n
- Review listings against client briefs and flag relevant opportunities
n
- Analyse sales evidence, rental estimates, and prepare CMAs
n
- Review inspection videos and identify risks / key points
n
- Coordinate and book inspections
n
- Manage and maintain the client portal (Monday.com)
n
- Assist with post‐exchange management (liaising with solicitors, PMs, agents)
n
- Handle general admin to keep deals progressing smoothly
n

n

You won't be client‐facing initially. The focus is on building robust fundamentals and supporting deal flow at a high level.

Real estate experience is a plus, but not essential.
