The Role

- Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and project cost reporting
- Assess progress claims, variations, invoices and payment schedules
- Maintain project budgets, forecasts, registers and contractual documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors throughout project delivery

The Criteria

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 3 plus years' experience as a CA in commercial or multi residential construction
- Local Adelaide experience and a solid subcontractor network highly beneficial
