About PeakLife

PeakLife is a new physician-led preventative health in West Perth.

Our clinic combines medical assessment, advanced diagnostic testing, body composition, cardiovascular and metabolic assessment, exercise testing and personalised health strategies within a premium multidisciplinary service.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager / Medical Receptionist to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic and provide an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time salaried position with standard employee entitlements including annual leave and personal leave.

You will be the central administrative point within the clinic, combining practice management responsibilities with front-desk and patient coordination duties.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing reception, telephone and patient enquiries
- Coordinating appointments across multiple clinicians and investigations
- Managing patient bookings and clinic schedules
- Processing payments, invoices and general administration
- Coordinating pathology, imaging and external provider appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records




- Managing day-to-day clinic workflow
- Ordering consumables and managing clinic supplies
- Supporting clinic policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals
- Helping develop and improve administrative systems as the clinic grows

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised and reliable
- Professional, approachable and patient-focused
- Comfortable working independently
- Confident using medical practice software and digital systems
- Able to coordinate multiple appointments and competing priorities
- Detail-oriented and proactive

Highly Desirable

- Previous medical reception experience
- Experience in a private specialist or multidisciplinary medical clinic
- Experience helping establish or grow a medical practice
