The Service:
n Our client is an exciting and growing early learning centre with a clear vision to create a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can thrive. As a newer service, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood leader to play a key role in shaping the culture, operations, and educational direction of the centre from the ground up.
n The centre is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education programs that foster curiosity, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning while supporting each child's individual development and wellbeing.
n About the Role:
n As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the service, driving occupancy growth, building a positive team culture, and ensuring exceptional educational outcomes for children and families.
n This is an ideal chance for an experienced leader who is passionate about mentoring educators, building strong community relationships, and establishing a centre recognised for excellence in early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of educators and staff.
n
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring smooth and effective centre management.
n
- Build and maintain occupancy through strong community engagement and family relationships.
n
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
n
- Build strong partnerships with children, families, and the wider community.
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and all relevant legislation.
n
- Manage centre budgets, resources, and operational performance.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the centre's long-term growth and success.
n

About you:
n
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
n
- Demonstrated experience in a Centre Director, Centre Manager, Assistant Director, or other leadership role within an early childhood setting.
n
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework.
n
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
n
- Experience growing occupancy and building positive relationships within the community.
n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators.
n
