The Opportunity

n

This is a high-ownership role where you'll design and deliver solutions end-to-end - from gathering requirements with stakeholders through to production deployment and ongoing operation. You'll be making architectural decisions, building integrations with third-party platforms, and shaping the future of their technology stack.

The timing is ideal - foundational migration work is complete, and you'll building the exciting stuff: AI-powered document verification, automated platform integrations, and modernised client portals.

What You'll Work On

n

n
- Design and build scalable systems across the full stack (.NET/C#, Vue.js/React)
n
- Integrate with third-party platforms (workforce management, payment gateways, accounting systems)
n
- Contribute to architecture decisions as they build a modular, API-driven platform
n
- Work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
n
- Modernise legacy Ruby on Rails applications alongside new .NET development
n
- Ensure security and compliance standards (ISO 27001)
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 5+ years software engineering experience, with 2+ years in senior/lead roles
n
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
n
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue.js)
n
- AWS cloud infrastructure and Heroku experience
n
- Solid understanding of API design, integrations, and software architecture
n
- Excellent communication skills - can translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
n
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make architectural decisions
n

Nice to Have

- Ruby on Rails experience (or strong ability to pick up new languages quickly)

- Experience in fintech, lending platforms, or regulated environments

- Experience with Docker and modern DevOps practices
