Conditions: Goulburn Hospital is seeking a FACEM / Sen CMO / GP VMO / Sen ED Reg for Afternoon in Charge 1400 - 0000 shift coverage for 22-26 October (Inclusive) at a daily rate of $2500 (ED Specialists only). Non specialists will be considered at $200/hour. Travel and accommodation provided. FACEMS will be paid via Vmoney.
Credentials: NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
