- Design and implement project solutions, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular client visits to improve satisfaction.

- Participate in industry conferences, trade show
- Proven sales experience in supply chain, specifically in warehousing & distribution industry.
- Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
- Robust negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin language skill is a big plus.
