HPX Group is seeking an Associate Company Secretary to join our Source Governance team in Australia. You will assist in providing compliance and secretariat services across ASX listed, public and private entities, with scope to develop toward becoming a Company Secretary in your own right.
You will support senior secretaries, manage ASIC reviews, lodge forms, maintain corporate records, and help coordinate board and committee meetings across multiple client portfolios.
