Hunter Current England Health District is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 at East Maitland CHS to support individuals and families navigating substance use. The role focuses on harm minimisation, comprehensive assessments and holistic care within a multidisciplinary team.
You will work 24 hours per week on a temporary part time basis with the possibility of ongoing career development and travel across service sites in the Lower Hunter region.
