Sharp & Carter is seeking a commercially minded finance qualified to lead FP&A;, business partnering, and finance transformation within a large, complex organisation. You will stabilise the finance team, drive operational improvements and provide hands-on support across planning, reporting and financial control.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives
