AUSTK Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a townhouse project in North Brisbane. You will be the single point of contact on-site, responsible for day-to-day management, coordination, and delivery of a complex residential development.
Lead in office teams and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building codes. Experience with Procore or MS Project is desirable, and QBCC Builder’s Licence is required.
