Job Description

As the Head of Enterprise PMO, you will lead a small high‐performing team with responsibility for the Enterprise Program Management Office. This role will play a critical part in advancing our strategic objectives by driving the development, delivery implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprise program management within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the development, delivery implementation & continuous improvement of EPMO.
n
- Develop PM policies, procedures and standards for consistent best practice.
n
- Mentor and inspire teams, building a collaborative, innovative culture.
n
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Innovation and Change and stakeholders both internally and externally to drive efficiency, mitigate risks and optimise resource allocation.
