Nestled within one of Australia's most prestigious residential and sporting communities, Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club is home to two beautifully maintained private championship golf courses and an exclusive Members-only clubhouse.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, service and experiences to our Members and guests. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Chef (Commis or Demi level) to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.

About the Role

Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences across our clubhouse dining outlets and member events.

You will be an allrounder - a Chef who enjoys variety, from producing quality bistro favourites to preparing premium restaurant-style dishes. This includes the preparation, cooking and presentation of food according to daily needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working in a club environment
- Uncompromising attitude towards Member experience
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery




- Unwavering approach to quality and consistency
- Compliance with all aspects of OH&S;, HACCP, and Safe Food Handling
- Current, valid Queensland driver's licence
- Above all, a excellent personality with a can-do attitude

Previous experience in a golf club environment will be highly regarded.

Hours and Days

Our kitchen operates seven days a week, with additional functions, member events and special occasions held throughout the year.

Successful applicants must be available to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Full time employment will be considered for the right person.
