LocumCo is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to lead a busy community pharmacy in the Darling Downs region. You will own front-shop operations, drive performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting a pharmacy team.
The role is permanent and full-time, offering a market-competitive salary in the AU$70,000–AU$80,000 range plus superannuation and KPI bonuses. Location is Toowoomba-based with local commuting.
