An exciting casual opportunity has arisen tojoin our Digital, Innovation and Technology Branch and support Council’shardware rollout project.
Working alongside the IT Service Delivery team, you willplay a hands‑on role in the rollout of replacement laptops and other hardwareto staff across Council. You will assist employees with setting up and checkingtheir replacement devices, logging into Council systems and ensuring equipmentis ready for use.
This role is ideal for someone with robust customer serviceskills, who is organised, approachable and comfortable supporting staffthroughout the rollout process.

- Demonstrated experiencein service desk support including efficient management of incidents andeffective issue resolution including relevantqualifications orequivalent
- Strong customer serviceskills including the ability to capture and collate information fromvarious sources, prepare reports, deal with challenging customers andachieving outcomes
- Demonstrated experienceworking in a high volume and demanding support environment with a capacityto prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customerfocused approach
- Proven collaborationskills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationshipswith customers and stakeholders
- Tertiary qualificationsin Information Technology or equivalent
- Industry certificationsin ITIL Framework
- Basic training orcertifications in Cyber Security, Networking or Microsoft technologies
- General operationalexperience in supporting Local Government core applications
- Any applicableVendor/industry certifications.
