About the role

You will lead a team of around 20 professionals delivering excellence across Asset Management, Engineering, Sustainability and Security for a complex national asset and property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Leadership of staff and outsourced contracts
- Drive Governance, Compliance, procedural improvements and operational efficiency
- Provide expert advice to manage Risk for secure and mission Critical assets
- Develop Strategic Asset Management

About you

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience at a senior level
- Genuine strategic capacity,



comfortable operating across the full breadth of a technical property leadership function
- A sound understanding of, and sensitivity to; governance and compliance requirements
- Strong technical capability across mechanical and electrical (M&E;) building services
- Likely background in corporate real estate (CRE), with a robust understanding of facilities management and strategy for physical assets and building infrastructure
