What You'll Be Doing

- Convening and facilitating AGMs, Committee and Special Meetings
- Managing budgets,



maintenance funds and financial reporting
- Building strong relationships with Owners and Committees
- Coordinating maintenance works, contractors and building services
- Managing insurance, compliance and statutory requirements
- Partnering with Caretakers, Concierge teams and Building Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in Owners Corporation Management
- Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act and Regulations
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence managing budgets and financial reporting
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current driver's licence and availability for occasional after-hours meetings
