Job Description

Pegasus Leisure Group in Mornington is seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join Steeples, a busy dining venue on the Mornington Peninsula. This full time role involves hands-on prep to pass, supporting senior chefs, and maintaining strict food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

The position requires Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience, and a willingness to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
