Remanufacturing Manager West

Are you a proven leader with a strong background in industrial services, heavy equipment, power systems, or aftermarket operations? We're seeking an experienced Remanufacturing Manager to lead our Western Region remanufacturing operations, driving performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing business unit, lead a highly skilled team, and play a key role in expanding remanufacturing capability across Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the General Manager of Remanufacturing and Production, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading and developing the Western Region remanufacturing team.
- Driving revenue growth through new business opportunities and solid customer relationships.
- Managing budgets, profitability, inventory and work-in-progress performance.
- Ensuring remanufacturing operations align with national standards and processes.
- Developing and mentoring a team of technical specialists to achieve business objectives.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce overhaul costs and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with the Eastern Region remanufacturing teams to ensure national consistency and best practice.

About You

- Proven leadership experience within an industrial, service, mining, power generation, heavy vehicle or related environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead,



coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience developing customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- The ability to understand and interpret technical product information.
- Qualifications in Business, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
