This is a rare opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing boutique practice, working directly with an Accredited Family Law Specialist who leads a collaborative, fast-paced team appearing across South-West Queensland's courts.

About the Opportunity

n

You'll be joining an experienced family law team that handles matters spanning simple divorces through to complex parenting disputes and multi-million-dollar property settlements. The team appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates Court.

n

You'll work under the guidance of an Accredited Family Law Specialist and brings over a decade of leadership experience within the Queensland legal community.

n

with day-to-day access to senior guidance and a team culture built on collaboration rather than competition.

The Role

n

n
- End-to-end management of your own file load
n
- Court appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Magistrates Court
n
- Advising clients across the full spectrum of family law
n

n

About You

n

n
- 2–4 years' PAE in family law
n
- Confident appearing in court and comfortable managing your own matters with appropriate support
n
- Robust client management and communication skills
n
- A genuine interest in developing your advocacy across the full range of family law work
n
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with lawyers and support staff alike
