We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Sunshine Coast team. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity where you'll support maintenance activities across multiple sites and play a key role in keeping our heavy mobile equipment fleet available, reliable and productive.

The Opportunity

n

Working alongside site maintenance teams, you'll take ownership of the planning and coordination of scheduled and preventative maintenance activities.

n

You'll be responsible for making sure the right work is planned, the right resources are available and maintenance activities are ready to be executed safely and efficiently.

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

- Developing detailed maintenance plans, schedules and work packs
n
- Coordinating planned maintenance activities across multiple operations
n
- Ensuring parts, labour, tools and resources are available when required
n
- Working closely with site maintenance teams and Supply Chain
n
- Monitoring upcoming maintenance requirements and identifying potential issues
n




- Maintaining accurate maintenance data and records within our systems
n
- Continuously improving planning processes to support fleet availability and reliability
n

What You'll Bring

n

You'll be an organised and proactive maintenance professional who understands what it takes to plan work in a heavy equipment environment.

n

n
- A trade qualification in Mobile Plant, Diesel Fitting or a related discipline
n
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner role within mining, civil, heavy industry or a similar environment
n
- Strong knowledge of heavy mobile equipment maintenance
n
- Experience working with JDE, SAP or similar maintenance management systems
n
- Strong scheduling, coordination and organisational skills
n
- The ability to communicate effectively with site-based maintenance teams and key stakeholders
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to maintenance planning
n
