About the Roles

n

Supporting Partners in various teams in their Melbourne office, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice by:

n

n
- Delivering high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines and responding to changing priorities.
n
- Managing monthly billing processes, including creation of pre-bills, editing and finalising.
n
- Coordinating internal and external appointments, including diary management for Partners.
n
- Organising national and international travel arrangements, including visa applications where required.
n
- Assisting the wider team with various administrative tasks as needed.
n
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and personably.
n
