Job Description

HammondCare is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Officer in Sydney with hybrid work options. The role supports WHS compliance, incident investigations, and wellbeing initiatives across services.

You will coordinate committees, maintain registers, and assist in policy development while liaising with the People Team to promote a safe and healthy workplace for staff. We value empathy, solid communication, and the ability to navigate assessments and training materials.
