Our client is a leading investment bank with a strong reputation across the Australian market.

The firm is currently looking to hire an Associate to join their Sydney-based Energy & Resources investment banking team. Working alongside senior bankers, you will support the execution of transactions across the full lifecycle, with a strong focus on financial modelling, valuation, analysis and deal execution. The team operates with a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing strong exposure to senior bankers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Approximately 2-5 years of Investment Banking experience
- Solid technical financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience from a bulge bracket or high-quality boutique investment bank preferred
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to work in a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
