Are you a seasoned People Experience professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, navigating change and creating meaningful impact?

We're seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner to join our People Experience team on an exciting 8-9 month contract . This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies, drive organisational effectiveness and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

n

This is not a role from the sidelines. You'll be a trusted adviser, problem solver and commercial partner who can balance people priorities with business outcomes.

What You'll be Doing

n

- Partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, talent and capability strategies.
n
- Driving employee engagement, culture and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
n
- Providing expert advice across employee relations,



performance management and complex people matters.
n
- Supporting organisational change, transformation and business improvement programs.
n
- Leveraging people insights and workforce data to influence decision‐making.
n
- Collaborating across a global People Experience community to deliver consistent and impactful outcomes.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, People Experience Business Partner or People & Culture skilled.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
n
- Demonstrated success leading change, talent and organisational initiatives.
n
- Deep experience across employee relations, performance, workforce planning and leadership coaching.
n
- Experience working within complex, matrixed or global organisations.
n
- A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience supporting or participating in an Oracle HCM implementation, optimisation or transformation program.
n
- Experience with SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise HR platforms.
n
- Exposure to global HR operating models.
n
