Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Delivery Team Leader based in Adelaide, SA, Southern Area. The Service Delivery Team Leader will oversee the efficient execution of person-centred service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and lead a dynamic team. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, addressing client concerns, developing strategies to enhance outcomes,



and ensuring compliance with NDIS service standards.

- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders

- Proficiency in analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement

- Knowledge of service delivery principles and experience in ensuring high-quality outcomes
n
- Commitment to achieving customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships

- Proven experience in team management and development
n
- Ability to work independently.

- Understanding of NDIS policies and person-centred care approaches is an advantage
n
- Cert 3 Individual Support.
