- Travel to customer locations to deliver onsite training and consulting services for Accruent product families
- Balance multiple projects and diverse assignments
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Skilled Services customers and support their enquiries
- Collaborate with project teams to understand objectives, collect requirements, configure software applications, test systems and train end users
- Perform application configuration, data transformation and business analysis
- Create customer training materials and documentation
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted resource for customers and Accruent teams
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and present confidently in professional settings
- Work independently with strong self-motivation and focus on customer delivery
- Report directly to the Manager, Professional Services

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience with implementing software technology
- Consultant experience within the CMMS or EDMS software space
- Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and consulting skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and independently and drive for results
- Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions
- Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project administration,



software installation, onsite training, systems troubleshooting, and ongoing account management
- Experience managing resources and commitments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for onsite support
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Successful background investigation required
- Relocation will not be considered
