Centrecare is seeking a Case Worker in Kalgoorlie, WA to provide high‑quality reentry services for clients exiting prisons. You will visit incarcerated clients, run group sessions, and support home visits and outbound outreach to communities up to 1500km away.

The role requires a relevant degree and demonstrated experience with Aboriginal communities, with a solid emphasis on collaboration with service partners and the Program Manager to plan, implement and evaluate re-entry services.
