Job Description

Colac Area Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Unit Manager to join our dedicated aged care team and provide robust clinical leadership across our residential care service. This permanent full-time role offers 80 hours per fortnight, ADOs, 5 weeks leave and salary packaging.

You will oversee day-to-day care, lead the team, collaborate with residents, families and multi-disciplinary staff to maintain high-quality, person-centred care.
