Ventia is seeking an Airspace Lead Technician based from our Derrimut depot, with in office work at Melbourne Airport. You will lead installation and maintenance operations, provide on-site client support, and manage project activities across site teams and contractors.

You will mentor the Implementation and Operations & Maintenance teams, ensuring hands-on leadership, safety, and compliance with operating processes. The role includes travel and inter-state work as required.
