Job Description
n
- Collaborate with the Manager, Resource Management, department leaders, line managers, and Business Development to alignpersonnelwith business needs.
n
- Maintain regular communication with Manager, ResourceManagementandcross-functionalleadership to providedepartmentalupdates, feedback, and ensure adequate staffing alignment.
n
- Support escalation and resolution of resourcing challenges by gatheringrelevant information andcollaboratingwith Resource Managementand department leaders.
n
- Serve as a primary point of contact forthe line manager of the resourceregardingprojectresourcinginformation and resourcing escalations.
n
- Review resource requests to ensure they adhere to project scope and needs.
n
- Maintain resource forecasting and modeling based on monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC)and Estimate vs Actuals (EVA)hours to support planning and decision-making.
n
- Keep up-to-date records of resource allocation and availability, ensuringaccuratedata for reporting and future planning.
n
- Manageand processresource scheduleupdates in FinancialForce Resource Planner, including new awards, project timeline modifications, and evolving project needs.
n
- Responsible foridentification ofPre-Awardresource assignments.
n
- Regular review ofreportsrelated toresource allocation,capacity, andutilization.
n
- Leverage FinancialForce Resource Management tools to forecast and model assignments that meet project needs.
n
- Collaborate andsupportsdepartment stakeholders by reviewingbillable resource opportunities in FinancialForce Resource Plannertoforecastfutureresourcedemand and assesscapacityplanning implications for future business needs.
n
- Collaborate with Resource Management to refine and enhance FinancialForce features,
ensuring they align with evolving business and resourcing needs.
n
- Support initiatives to enhance resourcing processes,identifyandaddress gaps, and implement best practicesto improveefficiencyand decision-making.
n
- Attend meetings andrepresentthe Resource Management department in cross-functional, resource-related discussions .

- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience as determined by CTI Management and Human Resources.
n
- Familiarity with FinancialForce, Salesforce, Excel, and other resource management software for tracking and forecasting.
n
- Knowledge ofdepartmentaloperations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to ensure complianceinresource management.
