Real Pet Food Company is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with Awards and company policies. This role sits in the People & Capability team and reports to the Head of Remuneration & Perks.

You will drive a systems transformation to in-house payroll with UKG Ready, focusing on automation, controls and actionable insights.
