• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas in pristine condition
• Perform hedge and tree trimming
• Complete mowing, edging, and whipper snipping
• Control weeds and pests through herbicide application
• Rake and blow leaves; prune and dispose of dying vegetation
• Plant, mulch, water, and maintain flowers and shrubs
• Maintain irrigation systems
• Oversee the outdoor presentation of facilities, including BBQ and pool maintenance
• Keep mechanical equipment and tools in good working order
• Work 38 hours per week between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Help ensure resort grounds are secure, clean, visually appealing, and presented to a high standard for residents and visitors

Requirements

- A "C" class drivers licence
- Relevant gardening experience in a similar role
- Qualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous
- ACDC chemical licence is advantageous
- Ability to use equipment such as push mower, ride on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blower
- Physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting and carrying
- Initiative and ability to work with limited supervision




- Role is subject to a pre-employment medical check
